About
Technical lead and senior engineer across game, simulation, backend and rendering systems. My background spans production C++ and backend engineering, CPU/GPU rendering research, and product development. My current work focuses on game and simulation architecture in Unreal Engine and C++.
Today, through Cairn and Stone Studio, I lead the technical architecture of an Unreal Engine C++ system for a client. My work covers architecture, implementation, technical review, performance, reliability and the production tooling around it. I work with the design and product side to turn their requirements into maintainable systems. I work remotely on focused engagements where architectural decisions matter.
Before that, I worked on gameplay and network systems at Quantic Dream, backend reliability and scalability at Equativ, and Unreal Engine gameplay systems at Darewise. I spent nine years at DeluminæLab, where I built DL-Instant alone and took the rendering product from architecture to market. Earlier work includes CPU/GPU rendering research at Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée, backend engineering at Winamax, and client/server development at Strass Productions and Mikros Image.
